This Return & Cancellation Policy outlines our rules regarding order changes, cancellations, and returns, designed to protect both you and our business.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without incurring a penalty, provided that the item has not been shipped. After this period, if the item has entered the shipping or processing phase, cancellation may not be possible. If you need to cancel, please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
We offer returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must meet the following criteria:
To request a return, contact us by phone or email. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for return shipping. Unauthorized returns or those without a valid RAN will not be accepted.
A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. This fee covers inspection, testing, and restocking procedures. Items returned due to our error (such as a wrong part shipped) will not incur a restocking fee.
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the package and using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process the refund once approved. Funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
